Highcroft is a semi-detached Victorian house. The two houses which were built in 1893 by Lionel Kerley stand alone on the side of the downs with stunning uninterrupted views across the Cuckmere valley. They are a short walk from the historic village of Alfriston, where the South Downs way passes through. Highcroft has been in the current owners family since 1966 and is situated in 10 acres of garden, fields and downland, perfectly located as a peaceful base for enjoying the surrounding countryside and places of interest. So whether you choose to walk the South Downs way, drive [we have spacious away from the road parking] or cycle [we have secure storage for your bikes]  Bob and Julia Streeter warmly welcome you to share the home that they feel so privileged to live in.
